Hey holidaymaker,
We make our fine VW T5 camper available for you to travel with, or to take a few days off. The camper appeals to us because it is so handy on the road. It is manageable and also easy to drive, even for someone who is not used to driving large cars. The camper is also easy to do some shopping on the road.
You can easily go out with 4 people, there are 2 sleeping places upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs by using the (electric) lifting roof where you can lie down and downstairs by folding down the back seat and making a bed. Downstairs the bed is just a little bit narrower than upstairs but downstairs we do have a custom-made mattress that you can easily fold up.
There is sufficient cupboard space and also in the back we have sufficient storage space so that you can take all your stuff with you in an organized way. The camper has a complete interior with all necessary items such as cooking utensils, plates, chairs, etc. for 4 people. There are also games available so that you can relax and do fun things together.
The integrated kitchenette has a 2-burner gas stove with a gas bottle and a spare bottle that is included as a service. The spacious refrigerator with top loader works very well and with this you can keep your stuff cool.
The camper is equipped with cruise control, modern radio with Bluetooth connection. There is also an inverter present so that there is 230Vac with 2 sockets with integrated USB ports for charging your phone. This is connected to the on-board battery so that you can also use your equipment without "shore power" and you do not run the risk that the engine can no longer be started. There is a standard mobile toilet (porta potti) present with a toilet tent that you can easily fold out on the road for privacy.
On the outside there is an awning that you can easily roll out to 2 meters outside the camper, super handy!
On the tailgate is a bike rack mounted for 3 bikes to go out on the road. We often choose to use the bike when we want to visit a city. We then park the camper on the edge of the city and continue by bike. This is a very pleasant way of seeing a city and you will not have to deal with environmental zones, our camper has emission class 3.
The camper is equipped with a tow bar and there are possibilities to take a trailer. However, the excellent bicycle rack must be taken into account and not every trailer can be attached. There is a parking heater for cold conditions and the camper can also be equipped with winter tires.
In case of any problems along the way, there are some hand tools available as well as jumper cables, a tow rope, vests and also a first aid kit to help you be self-reliant and safe on the road.
We do not charge extra mileage, feel free to drive!
After your wonderful holiday you can return the camper and we will take care of cleaning it.
We have ample parking space to park your car in a closed parking lot.
