Dol Fijn – Dethleff camper

The camper was commissioned in 2005. We have been the second owners since 2021. The first owner was an elderly couple who sold it to us due to their age. The camper looks very neat inside and out. There is a solar panel on the roof. The utility area has an inverter. So you can camp off-grid (self-sufficiently).
Use the toilet only for urination.
We don't use the shower in the campervan. We only use it at campsites or campervan sites. Please don't enter the bathroom wearing shoes or other footwear.
Empty and clean the chemical toilet cassette before returning the camper. Empty the wastewater tank before returning the camper.
We always place a bucket under the wastewater tank when camping to prevent the bathroom from smelling. We empty the bucket at a waste disposal site or (chemical) toilet.
There's a satellite dish on the roof, but it doesn't work because there's no receiver (or TV) in the camper. We'll be renting out the camper for the first time in 2025. The camper is serviced annually at a Bovag (ANWB) garage, where it also undergoes its periodic roadworthiness inspection (APK).
The camper has a MaxFan. It can both vacuum and blow air. Note: it's not air conditioning!
ALWAYS retract the awning before going to bed or when leaving the camper. ALWAYS secure the awning with stakes. A gust of wind, gale, thunderstorm, or hailstorm can cause significant damage.
The bike rack can carry two bicycles or e-bikes. Remove the batteries from the e-bikes and transport them inside the camper.
