Welcome to Sicily, Elvis is waiting for you on board and together with him you will discover the magic of this wonderful island!
The van is located in Catania.
You can reach us with the various buses that leave from Catania airport to get to Pachino, near Marzamemi where the van is located, or use the transfer service that we make available at the extra price of €80/way (€150 return).
Once we arrive, we will fill out a van inspection form together where we will check all the equipment on board and the general condition of Elvis both inside and out so that we can compare them upon your return.
PS: You need to get photocopies of your driving licenses and identity cards.

The van must be returned with the same fuel level it had upon departure (DIESEL ENGINE) with all objects and equipment intact and in their place and must be returned clean both inside and out.
Please report any damage or missing/lost equipment.
PS: please remember that it is FORBIDDEN to remain in the back of the van while driving.
ELECTRICAL SOCKETS
You can charge cell phones and devices with the USB ports on the solar panel charge controller and under the electrical outlets or with the 220V.
I recommend using 220V only for quick charging or to charge/use the PC and preferably during sunny hours.
To use the 220V you will have to turn on the inverter located under the passenger seat by holding down a button on its side for about 3 seconds, it consumes a lot of energy so I recommend using it only during the hours when there is more sun.
Remember to turn off the inverter when you are not using the 220V because it consumes energy even if nothing is connected to it otherwise the battery will drain quickly.
If you have them, bring two power banks which can always be useful.
REFRIGERATOR
I recommend using the refrigerator at a temperature not lower than 11° to avoid excessive battery consumption, the food will still remain fresh.
To adjust the temperature, hold down the lock symbol and use the + and - buttons.
It is preferable not to keep inside and in general on board the van bottles and glass containers that could break and cause damage to the refrigerator and the passenger compartment.
LIGHTS
Always to preserve the battery charge of the services, use the light chain that works with its batteries (especially if you have cloudy days) and use the internal lights only when you need more lighting.
SINK AND SHOWER
Under the sink there are tanks for clean and dirty water, they have a capacity of 30 litres and if used carefully and without waste you will have an autonomy of 2/3 days.
Remember to lower the lever completely when you turn off the water to avoid the pump remaining on and consuming battery unnecessarily.
Even the shower has the same autonomy if used sparingly, I recommend you bring towels for the shower or even better a poncho that also protects you from the wind :)
CAMPINGAZ STOVE
The operation of the stove is very simple, just insert the gas canister into its compartment following the arrow drawn on the canister, matching the invitation on the canister to the clip of the attachment in the compartment and block it by lowering the lever located on the front of the stove, turn the gas knob and light it with the lighter.
Since it is an open flame, I recommend positioning the stove flat and possibly near the rear doors, keeping them slightly open to air the passenger compartment. I recommend also leaving the porthole open and possibly also the side window if there is not too much wind.
Once you have finished cooking, always remember to turn off the gas using the appropriate knob and unhook the gas cylinder by simply lifting the lever.
TRAVEL MEMORIES :)
In the glove compartment you will find a little book, if you want you can write your memories or some thoughts at the end of the trip, it would be nice to reread your emotions and what this experience has left you:)
