Nomadje – 2p Ford bus uit 2010

We would like to introduce you to our Nomad,

• Our nomad, a self-built camper, brought us one year of flawless non-stop travel across and in the Balkans, to Turkey and Georgia. It is a Ford Transit from the year 2010, diesel, Euronorm 4. It is a DIY camper, with the necessary basic comfort. For us, everything is there to be able to travel reasonably comfortably. Although this is relative of course, everyone has their own standards.
• So it is not professional, there is always something to change and upgrade. So do not expect a slick camper. But something that lives. Something that is ideal for those who like to be in nature. Ideal for young couples or for adventurers.
• The camper is short, which makes it easy to park anywhere. You can also stand up in it, which makes it very comfortable. With its 6 gears you can easily get up all the mountains. You can also easily sleep in parking lots or in cities, because from the outside it remains 'undercover'.
• There is a scratch here and there in the bodywork
• It can be darkened and has a skylight for ventilation.
• There is a dry toilet available.
• The kitchen has a 3 burner stove and works on gas.
• There is a basic outdoor shower.
• There is a 35 l water tank and an additional 20 l water tank.
• Important to know: the bed is 1.80 m long. If you are a bit taller, you can lie diagonally.
• Camping equipment available: kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, glasses, boards, dishwashing equipment) outdoor table/2 chairs//small BBQ/coals/carpet/2 hammocks
• There is a 2nd battery. You can charge your smartphone/laptop/camera while driving. There is a 220v transformer that can be used while driving.
• First aid kit and fire extinguisher available
Nomadje is no longer welcome in some big cities (Euronorm 4), therefore there are folding bikes with locks available. There is also an extra steering lock with separate lock available.
