Rollerteam 284TL – FULLY equipped, automatic from 2021

This recently built, luxurious semi-integrated Roller Team 284 TL motorhome (built in 2021) is the ideal motorhome for traveling with two to four people, making it ideal for couples or families with children. The motorhome requires a category B driver's license (max. 3500 kg) and has four seats and four beds. In the rear, there are two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Above the seating area, there's an electric double pull-down bed with the necessary safety bumpers so children can sleep safely.

The motorhome is 7.45 meters long (+60 cm when the 4-bike rack is folded down), 2.35 meters wide, and 2.95 meters high. The standing height in the middle of the motorhome is 2.08 meters. With its powerful 170 HP engine and automatic transmission, you can even enjoy a relaxing driving experience in the mountains.

We only charge a price per night, so no extra cleaning costs.

Free camping is possible because our motorhome is equipped with a solar panel and an LPG gas cylinder with an external connection that can be easily filled at any LPG pump station. The LPG gas cylinder is used for cooking, cooling the refrigerator, and heating. The camper GPS will easily point you to your desired location, camper site, or campsite (Campercontact or Park4Night 2021 are also available on the GPS). To truly enjoy the outdoors, you can cook extensively on our BBQ (both BBQing, grilling, baking, and stir-frying). The BBQ is easily connected to the motorhome's external gas connection. Relax under the large awning and in comfortable camping chairs. Enjoy a meal or play a board game at the large folding table.

Furthermore, our motorhome is equipped with all accessories, so you only need to bring clothes, toiletries and food and can leave on holiday immediately.

A number of facilities can be rented free of charge upon request, so that unnecessary weight is not carried if you do not need this equipment.

* Our motorhome weighs 3070 kg and that is
- without people
- with all the equipment we provide you with on your trip (kitchen utensils, all the material in the garage)
- with empty water tanks (clean and dirty)
- with a full diesel tank and AdBlue tank
- with full gas tanks
If we calculate that you take 30 liters of water with you, that leaves 400 kg for people, their clothes, food/drinks and possibly bicycles.

- Two single beds with slatted bases in the rear of the motorhome (80x200 cm). These can be converted into a spacious bed with a connecting piece, and a large garage underneath. This space can also be separated from the living area by a door.

* Available for rent on request for a fee:
- Bed linen (beds made with fitted sheets, duvet cover and pillowcase: 15 euros per person)
- Bath linen (2 bath towels, 1 small towel and 2 guest towels: 10 euros per person)
- Kitchen linen (kitchen towels, dishcloths, dish sponges and dish brush: 10 euros)
- Sup board and paddles: 50 euros

* Pick up and return:

The motorhome must be picked up and returned in Zonhoven/Hasselt. Pickup and return times are flexible and can be discussed. We will provide you with a detailed explanation of how to use the motorhome. A manual with the necessary instructions and a few tips is also available in the motorhome.

Leaving your car nearby is possible and at your own risk.

*Diesel, AdBlue and gas:

The motorhome is supplied with a full tank of diesel and AdBlue, and must be returned with a full tank of diesel and AdBlue. Gas consumption, one full bottle, is included in the rental price.

*To polish:

The motorhome must be cleaned inside when returned. We will clean the exterior and disinfect the interior and this is included in the rental price.

If the motorhome is not cleaned or cleaned incompletely, additional costs will be deducted from the deposit:
- Internal cleaning: 75 euros
- Empty toilet cassette: 50 euros
- Waste tank emptying: 25 euros

*Insurance:

The driver must be at least 25 years old and have held a valid driver's license for three years without any aggravating circumstances. The motorhome is fully comprehensive (BA+ omnium) insured with Ruwelka rental insurance and includes roadside assistance in the event of a breakdown or accident within Europe.

*Bookings:

The mobile home can be booked in the low and mid season for a minimum of 3 nights and in the high season (June, July and August) the minimum rental period is 1 week.

*Rental price and deposit:

Prices include VAT, comprehensive insurance, and travel assistance insurance. The deposit is €1350 and is paid in advance. The owner will receive a vehicle inspection report before departure. Upon return, we will work with the owner to re-inspect the vehicle. Any damage or defects will be deducted from the deposit.

Any additional paid options (such as bed linen, etc.) will also be deducted from the rental deposit.

The deductible of the insurance is 1350 euros.
