Onze reis was matig, maar dat lag niet aan de camper. Dit was uitsluitend te wijten aan het weer. Wij gingen naar Slovenië en Kroatië tussen 03/09 en 18/09/2024. Normaal gezien gemiddelde temperatuur 26°C, nu 15 à 16 °C met dank aan storm Boris. Buiten 3 dagen, elke dag regen. We hebben zelfs enkele keren de verwarming moeten opzetten. Dan kan je zeggen : ga verder. Maar overal in de regio was het gewoon triestig weer.
De camper was echter wel uitstekend. Gavriil gaf een zeer goede uitleg en gaf ons, buiten de standaarduitrusting, de keuze uit verschillende zaken die we gratis konden meenemen ( w.o. een complete werkkoffer moesten er stukken zijn en een stroomgenerator). Qua uitrusting dus zeker top, wel rekening houden met de max. toegelaten massa.
De motor van 180 pK doet zijn werk en ook de wegligging was goed. Wel de eerste keer met een camper van dergelijke grootte.
Ook de aflevering verliep vlot. Wij hadden in Duitsland een lichte aanrijding (spiegels geraakt maar had veel erger kunnen aflopen) met een Oostenrijker. Gavriil was oprecht content dat wij ongedeerd waren. Het Europese aanrijdingsformulier zal de weg wel vinden...
