From July 2024 we would have our brand new camper and latest model Chausson X650 at our disposal. With a bit of apprehension, we would then rent out our brand new camper from July. It is a compact 6.40m, 2.80 high and 2.15 wide, which nevertheless has everything of an integrated motorhome. And you can also park it easily. Moreover, of all campervans, it is the best insulated, both for heat/cold and for sound. It is a 140 hp automatic so it drives smoothly and pleasantly.
The camper is equipped with everything you need. There are two beds, one that can be lowered from 1.40 to 1.90 and one that can be converted into a single bed. A spacious bathroom with ample storage space and a toilet is very convenient! A kitchen with a sink, two gas burners, and a large refrigerator are also included. Our camper is equipped with two home batteries and a solar panel, providing even more comfort. A dining area with a table and seating for four people is provided. There are plenty of cupboards, and we provide sufficient dining and cooking utensils. The driver's and passenger's seats swivel. The camper has an awning. The spacious storage room has room for a dining table and two folding chairs, which are provided. And importantly, all openings can be darkened (via built-in screens) or closed with mosquito netting.
The van has a 120-litre water tank, which gives you 1 to 3 days of autonomy, depending on the number of people.
The hot water runs on gas and electricity, and the central heating is diesel, including underfloor heating. There are two batteries for the living area that charge while driving. These can also be charged via the electricity, but all the lights are LED, so energy consumption is very low. There are several USB charging points in the living area, including by the sleeping berths, so your phone is always charged in the morning. A display shows you the remaining fresh/waste water, electricity, etc., and allows you to control the heating and ventilation.
The panoramic roof provides plenty of light, making the Camper even more enjoyable.
In the garage at the back you can store 2 bicycles and there is also a changing room.
The mattresses are protected with a mattress protector and fitted sheets are always provided.
