- Compressor refrigerator with freezer.

- Skylight with ceiling fan.

- Set of clean sheets, a set of clean towels, and kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc.).

- Outdoor shower with a 120-liter tank, including a water pump.

- Portable gas stove and built-in second battery with 12V outlets.

- 200W solar panel.
