The van, or 'the cake' as I call it, is practically new! Both in terms of the engine and its camper conversion. Its unique camper conversion makes it, in my opinion, much more comfortable for a medium-sized van. You won't miss standing up thanks to the furniture layout and the structure of the storage space openings. Not to mention how beautiful it is!

The heating system is programmable (it has 3 timers) to turn on by itself at the times you want (just before waking up, it usually helps with the laziness if it gets cold). There is a CO2 meter for added peace of mind when activating the heating.

The shower/pressure water system works with 2 tanks that I’ll show you. The water will be freshly changed, but we recommend using it for washing dishes, showering, brushing your teeth, and having a separate jug of drinking water.

I have the van parked in a parking lot, so I offer the parking space to park the car you come in at no extra cost, in the space the van would leave.
