🛎 Important Information About Your Booking

✅ Check-in and check-out in El Médano (15:00 / 12:00).

🧼 Cleaning is not included in the base rate.

Includes:Interior cleaning, bedding and towel laundry, dishwashing, water tank refill, check-in in San Isidro instead of El Médano (must be requested at the time of booking).

💳 Security Deposit

€500 via bank transfer before arrival

Fully refundable if the vehicle is returned in good condition; in case of damage, refund will be delayed until repair estimate is available

🕒 Timing & Fees

Check-in: 15:00 / Check-out: 12:00 (El Médano)

Early check-in / late check-out: €10/hour (max 1/2 day)

8.00 to 20.00 is an extra 30€ (early check in / late check out)

Late arrival (+15 min without notice): €20 fee

Delay over 1 hour: may be charged one extra night

🧽 Return Conditions

The camper must be returned in the same condition.If returned dirty, with an unemptied toilet, or without optional cleaning, a €50–€150 fee will apply.
