As a first time campervan user this was such an exhausting experience right from the start. The hand over , after a warm welcome , was very thorough and Kenny is so adept in his approach. You feel comfortable in asking the most easy of questions. We took Bertie, the name of this particular van, to the Isle of Arran and the van enhanced our holiday no end. A bargain and a great experience which we intend to replicate many more times.
