The handover and return went very well, Paul is very friendly. We used the RV to go to Silverstone for the F1 weekend and had a great time. The RV is as described on the ‘tin’ and we had no problems everything worked as it should. It is now 13 years old and so a little dated when compared to a modern RV but still gives good value and a great time was had by all.

We had a wonderful trip to the Formula 1 in Austria with this campervan. Everything was explained very clearly at the handover. Unfortunately, the awning was unusable because it had been broken by the previous renter. As a result, they didn't have time to repair it in time. The air conditioning in this campervan is a huge plus; it makes it very comfortable in the very hot weather. We thoroughly enjoyed renting this campervan and will definitely return! Highly recommended.

Owners were very nice and friendly, i was told how to use everything making handover easy. It’s a great little motorhome, a nice drive and has everything you need. The rock and bed was easy to use as was the roof. We were on a campsite with electric hookup which was simple to do, so my son had his tech and we had a heater for the evenings if it got chilly. I hired the van for me and my 12 old, mainly as a base while we explored, we had a great weekend. Would hire again :)

I can’t even express enough how much we loved our trip with Ruby and how appreciative we are of Graeme! He answered all our questions prior to our trip and was so communicative. My husband is a large, 6’6 man and was able to comfortably drive Ruby with ease. We travelled almost 900 miles in just 5 days and Ruby was an absolute dream! Taking us everywhere we wanted to go without zero issues. Not only does the van drive great, but it was fully stocked with everything we may need while camping. The interior looked exactly like its photos and the bed was extremely comfortable! Many people commented how beautiful the van was whenever we parked with our doors open. Ruby truly felt like home, and a safe haven oasis during our travels. We felt so lucky by booking with Ruby and Graeme. Graeme truly has a heart of gold and made this process very easy. After returning the van, he even personally drove us to our hotel which wasn’t necessary, but so incredibly appreciated! He went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and happy. If you’re on the fence about booking this van, DO IT! I have absolutely zero negative things to say about Ruby or Graeme, and would hire this van again in a heartbeat!

Wat een fijne, ruime camper! We hebben de camper van Femke 4 weken mee gehad voor een mooie trip door Frankrijk. De communicatie met Femke verliep prima, vlotte reacties en duidelijk. Bij het ophalen werd alles nog eens goed uitgelegd en daarna konden we op pad. De grote motor zorgt voor voldoende rijvermogen. Je komt vlot mee met het verkeer. Op de snelweg hielden wij gewoonlijk rond de 100 km/u aan, de cruisecontrol helpt goed daarbij. Het verbruik (diesel) is dan rond de 1:10 en dat is prima voor zo'n grote camper. De camper rijdt verder erg prettig en is goed afgeveerd, geen zwabberbak dus! Het is een camper uit 2008 en zie je natuurlijk. Sommige dingen werken niet helemaal lekker (de raamuitzetters bijvoorbeeld) maar welke wat oudere camper heeft daar nu niet last van? Bij de camper zit een goede set stoelen en tafel, prettig als je op een camping bent en buiten wilt zitten. Wij hadden nog een eigen ligbedje mee en daar was genoeg plek voor. Er zit een grote koelkast in, prettig als je voor een paar dagen wilt inslaan bij een grote Franse Hypermarche (kun je ook goedkoop tanken trouwens!). De koelkast werkte prima, zowel op gas, de boord accu en de buitenspanning. De zeer ruime berging kan 4 fietsen aan. Wij hadden onze ebikes daar bescherma staan. Daardoor was er nog ruim voldoende ruimte voor anders spulletjes. Na 4 weken was de trip weer afgelopen en moesten we de camper weer inleveren. Dit ging opnieuw erg prettig en vlot.

The campervan we hired was just right for our needs. It was clean and well stocked, and the owner, Tim, went through everything with us before we drove it. It was easy to drive, comfortable and had plenty of storage. Would definitely recommend. x
